“I spoke to a friend of mine who had had such a positive experience and recommended Mr Kazzazi instantly”
I have always been unhappy with the size and shape of my breasts for as long as I can remember being a small 34B, although I never thought I’d make the huge decision to have a breast augmentation! This was, until I spoke to a friend of mine who had had such a positive experience and recommended Mr Kazzazi instantly. After thinking about this much more carefully for around a year, I decided to look into it seriously. After conducting in depth research, myself, I found that Mr Kazzazi and the Natural Look Clinic offered everything that I wanted anyway; exactly what it says on the tin – a natural look, and the reviews I read were nothing but positive.
I booked my first consultation, which was very informative but with absolutely no pressure whatsoever to go ahead with the operation, I actually had to have 2 weeks “cooling off period” to really think it through. Mr Kazzazi was very professional; he took my measurements and gave me the implants with the perfect size/shape for me in his opinion, to try on in my bra. I have a severe nut allergy and everyone was more than accommodating to this, ensuring that the anaesthetic was safe for me etc which made me feel at ease. There was A LOT to take in at this stage – all the questions I had prepared were answered and I was given many booklets about the procedure, anaesthetic and sedation, possible complications and implants to go away and read. I took 6 weeks to decide to go ahead with it due to my own circumstances, but had told the ladies who input dates into the diary that I wanted it at the beginning of August.
At the end of July I attended my second consultation/pre-op, where we went over the procedure and the overall day itself in more detail. Mr Kazzazi also checked me over and made sure that nothing had changed with my decision in what size to go. I opted for 350cc high profile, round implants. I was also made aware from the initial consultation where the incision would be, and that the placement of the implant would be under the muscle to achieve the natural look. I was happy with this but a little worried about my own pain threshold as I had read from other ladies’ experience under the muscle was quite painful. I was given further information on what I would need on the day, by a lovely lady who sat in on the second consultation (as they do in all of them) so I felt confident and prepared when the day of my operation arrived. The staff had remembered my wishes to have my surgery at the beginning of August and it came in no time.
I was shown straight to my room in the clinic, which was private and very clean with magazines to read whilst I waited. A nurse came to check me over and I got changed into my surgery clothing, as well as the anaesthetist, both of whom relaxed me as I was feeling quite nervous at this point! Mr Kazzazi and another nurse came to make markings and take final photographs before I was taken down. Once in the operating theatre all the staff were very comforting and the nurse held my hand whilst the cannula was put in as I don’t like needles. She was chatting away to me and made me feel so at ease and I suddenly felt very chilled out and happy (the sedation had been put in at this point) before I dropped to sleep off my own accord! I was woken up to being told it was all finished, but I was so sleepy and chilled I couldn’t get excited until I came back around properly (after 20 minutes or so). I must say I am very glad that local anaesthetic was used as opposed to general, I was so chilled and happy and I don’t remember any of the operation anyway! The recovery time was fast and before I knew it I was asking for tea and toast. I was discharged within 2-3 hours and heading home to the comfort of my own bed. I was given antibiotics and painkillers following, which I took for 5 days post-op then I was fine without! I cannot say how much the post-op part surprised me, in that I experienced mild to moderate pain for the first three days post-op, then very mild for the few days following that, which is to do with the fact I’ve been given fantastic post-op care and advice. My breasts felt very sore and swollen more than anything else, and only really pained me when I first got up in the morning or moved from a sitting to standing position.
I attended my post-op appointment 4 days following, where my full bandages covering my breasts were taken off, I was cleaned down, and had smaller ones put over my incisions for another 10 days. When I saw my new boobs for the first time I was absolutely thrilled!!!!! What a wonderful job Mr Kazzazi has done. I was fitted with my support bra with help from the nurse and Mr Kazzazi (deciding which size was right – 36DD) then away I went again. I’ve taken it easy but normal life very much resumed quite swiftly. I’m currently 1 week 5 days post-op and I couldn’t be happier with the results and my experience from beginning to end with Natural Look Clinic. Everyone has been so professional yet lovely from the word go, and so far, it has been the best decision I have ever made. Thank you Mr Kazzazi for giving me a newfound confidence and happiness, and to everyone at Natural Look Clinic for making my journey such a positive one.
